I'm working on not becoming angry or disappointed because people don't live up to my expectations. I didn't realize til it was pointed out that my anger was unwarranted and everything doesn't have to be done the way I would do it to end up with the same result So that's what I'm going to start to check myself on...

We get sober it’s hard to learn to go with the flow for sure. Our nature is wanting to control everything. Good goal.

A good conversation to have with a higher power. We control freaks sometimes need to be reminded that their is a God and we ain't it!
