The other day was at a restaurant that happened to have a bar. Several people a few years older than me that were around 35 were super drunk at 2 pm on a Sunday. I enjoyed a meal with family and realized how shocked I’d be if I still acted like that, especially several years down the road. Glad to have taken a different path.
