Now that I’m sober and not in a constant fog, I see everything clear and I don’t like it. But it’s not like I can leave my family. Smh don’t know what to do

Post acute withdrawal syndrome, it gets better as time goes on. Your brain has to heal. As far as family you have to take a hard look and see if they are respecting your boundaries. Family has to be held accountable too.
