Today’s just one of those days I’ve gotten stuck in my own head for too long. Dragged myself down into the dumps and now i have to climb my way out. :man_shrugging:t2:

Nah not really. I’m agoraphobic so it’s kinda hard for me to get out of the house most days.

What i really need to do i push myself to get outside. More exposure therapy would help immensely but it’s not easy unfortunately. Gotta try to learn how to control this stuff.

I once experienced the same. For over a year. I have great empathy! Once I finally left a very abusive marriage I came out of it relatively fast. I'm only sharing my experience to offer hope...it's unusual to have the opportunity to speak with someone who KNOWS what it's like. If you wish to talk more please friend me

Lol...you can get really good playing online chess at home! What I so respect about you my friend is you never acted superior when I stumbled along the way...your humility shines and I attempt to emulate that in my sobriety...this is a great community of alot of people who actually KNOW what it's like and we're all here to help each other

Well thank you. I've lived life enough and effed up plenty enough to know better. The only thing that separates me from anyone actively destroying their lives is chance and a couple of days and the grace of God as far as I am concerned.
