I used to teach there. At this moment I teach zoom classes and considering starting teaching 1-2 times a week at a studio

I feel you. Sore from
Overloading at the gym. I skipped the strength and stretching class to do a HIIT and ran 4 miles . I love this feeling. Read my post. I’m 9 days in. Best of luck Namaste :pray:
