Hi, Ang-yes-keeping busy is helpful!
I have cleaning, decluttering to do, as well.
Just trying to break things and life down into i d d y-b i d d y steps.
Or else, I will get overwhelmed, anxious..a lot of why I drank was due to my anxiety.
While there are so many other tools-writing, exercise, meditation, art…a lot of this, sustaining sobriety I feel like..is about making a list of alternatives…and following through.
some are better than others but im still sober
