Feeling a little bit grouchy

  1. I'm grateful to be clean today.
  2. I'm grateful for a roof over my head.
  3. I'm grateful for my loving family and friends.
  4. I'm grateful for the NA program and 12 Steps of Narcotics Anonymous
  5. I'm grateful for the possibilities and choices, rather than being trapped.
    I find that regularly writing a gratitude list helps keep me feeling positive. And when I'm feeling less than great it's a good tool to reaffirm what I have. My HP gives me everything I need and not simply what "I want." I'm grateful to be able to learn about recovery and its tools; they're essential for my ongoing success. Thanks!

thanks for sharing !! it’s ok to be grouchy cos we need opposite in order to tell the difference of the other one ! we wouldn’t know gratitude without grouchy attitude!
your gratitude list is an awesome one too !! One day at a time your doing lot of great work 𖥸𖥸꧂ hope ur having a better time since making this post
