- I'm grateful to be clean today.
- I'm grateful for a roof over my head.
- I'm grateful for my loving family and friends.
- I'm grateful for the NA program and 12 Steps of Narcotics Anonymous
- I'm grateful for the possibilities and choices, rather than being trapped.
I find that regularly writing a gratitude list helps keep me feeling positive. And when I'm feeling less than great it's a good tool to reaffirm what I have. My HP gives me everything I need and not simply what "I want." I'm grateful to be able to learn about recovery and its tools; they're essential for my ongoing success. Thanks!

thanks for sharing !! it’s ok to be grouchy cos we need opposite in order to tell the difference of the other one ! we wouldn’t know gratitude without grouchy attitude!
