Feeling better at the 90 day mark but still working

Feeling better at the 90 day mark but still working hard until I can say I’m feeling great…Then I’ll keep working hard because my addiction is outside doing push-ups right now

Hey Mike, I find that working out really keeps my mind off drugs. If you are not into working out I recommend that you try and get into something physical because that will keep the urges down tremendously. I does for me at least

I feel ya. I joined the gym a week after completing rehab and it certainly kept my mind in a good place and helps me align or at least quite some mental health problems at the same time. Thanks for the suggestion Rob
