I'm feeling better and looking forward to my week on Saturday. I hate starting over but I got this!

There is no shame in starting over Love! Give yourself credit! At least you did!! Keep fighting

Well since I don't have a sponsor lined up I'm gonna get on here if my thoughts are coming up and really challenge the thoughts I am having as illusions

I am going to continue taking my medication and get my shot this week, go to therapy tommorow and look for a sponsor

Sometimes you have to die a few times in order to live. CB. Keep moving forward one day at a time

I was told in the beginning even if you just do one minute at a time to be sober then work your way up it can help
Me too on starting over. Better than not trying at all!
