Iām so sorry, my grandma passed away a few days ago as well, on the day I checked into treatment..she was buried two days later on her 98th birthday! I was going through detox from H so I was SO sick, couldnāt possibly leave rehab to fly to Floridaā¦she wouldāve wanted me to stay in rehab and get well I know her
Visiting your previous posts. Loss and grief we all experience loss, and how one grieves is personal. It's a moment for me to feel and understand the emotions and process them without suppressing, controlling, pushing, or hooking them to stay. Time gives a moment to heal, and life grants one opportunity to remember fond memories of those meaningful people. It motivates one to establish healthier bonds with those we interact in our present lives.
