Keep it up proud of You Friend and I’ll have eleven months this coming up Sunday and I’m still vaping just I’ve been clean and sober for eleven months almost besides nicotine. All our Recovery is Different. Good job Friend

I took some time to seriously analyze the benefits of it and heard in a podcast tnat the most you get from a vape is relief from not hitting the vape. But I’ve thought of it like an angry bear that only yells at you if you keep feeding it. If you don’t feed it it won’t expect you to and it’ll go away. You have to see it as a gain not a lack. Every minor discomfort from withdrawals is a step closer to being free from the need for it
