Congratulations, Liz! Keep it up. What has helped you get this 5 months? What is different this time from the other times that you tried to stop?
This is my first time being sober so I have nothing to compare it to. I have the best sobriety family that have helped me get this far

Glad to know you’re not doing it alone. I tried to do it my way and by myself for years and could never succeed. Sounds like you’re off to a good start at start. Keep it up and enjoy your sober weekend!
