Not sure what to put or say just feeling down not sure what to do to pick me up i would usually go and drink but i dont have that more on my mind now its just quiet and my mind starts to wander i dont know anybody here so i cant go out and do stuff, and dont want to sleep my days off, but i dont want to loose loose myself in my head, not sure what to do.

When my mind starts to wonder I like to journal. It allows me space to get everything out, good and bad. It’s also great to go back and reread when you need a reminder on why you are on the path you are. Another thing I find helpful is finding a great TV series to get lost in.
