Been really busy with work lately and just sort of not feeling recovery anymore and cravings still strong.. I quit drinking and smoking cigs about 100 days ago now and there's been a few times recently I almost caved n grabbed a few smokes or just went n had some drinks at the bar but I really don't want to throw it away but I'm struggling staying focused I can tell

I call this the ebb and flow of recovery! Do whatever it takes to get through these moments and don’t pick up!! They will pass…..
