I hope you feel better soon. Maybe you can talk to someone or journal about why you feel sad, or do what I usually do when feeling down, watch stand up comedy. Every part of you will scream, "no, i dont feel like it!" Don't listen to that voice, once its on and youre laughing new thoughts and perspectives will be found. When nothing helps I remind myself that nothing lasts and a new Dan (that's me) with new thoughts will be arriving soon. Hope this helped. Let us know how youre doing and take care. Sadness comes and goes. Tomorrow should be better. Write a gratitude list this helps feed your brain the dopamine and serotonin you need. I do one everyday. I’m pretty happy most days.
