My heart aches to type this. I had made one year sober the night my grandma died. One week later being Thursday, 2 days ago, I fell off the wagon. I drink and I drank a lot. I am hopping back onto the wagon. I am not proud of myself.

I made seven days. This past Thursday I fell off for two. I’m back on just like you. I’m just gonna keep on quitting. Keep on getting back up keep quitting again and again and again. Eventually I’ve got to get better at it and eventually, I’ll never have to do it again. Take it easy on yourself.

"Relapse is a part of recovery"...no good will come over thinking negatively about yourself (hard to do, I know!)...If you'd like you should check out The Addicted Mind podcast, they have a relapse recovery plan episode that is GREAT... You didn't lose your sober year/days, you hit a speed bump. You've got this
