Praying for you. One day at a time- if you’ve ever gone one day sober, you can do it again. Todays a great day to look for meetings (there’s a lot more than AA if that’s not your cup of tea), books or podcasts about sobriety, or do some journaling (or voice recording) about how you’re feeling now and what you WANT to be feeling/doing.

Been there, done that. Ouch.
So sorry that you believed the lie; that this time, everything would be okay. But now you found out the hard way that it isn't okay, is it?

Drink plenty of water today and remember what you're feeling today next time you want to pick up a drink.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What you do with it is up to you.
