Fellowship

Good evening everyone, I’m on my way to a Na meeting and honestly, since my slip up las Saturday on the 1st I’m more involved with recovery than I’ve ever been. I’m taking it as a silver lining and using it as my chance to become involved with Na meetings

We all stumble, getting back straight is what’s important. It sounds like you know exactly what to do. Good luck

You got it. I found that AA is vital to my recovery. The fellowship has helped me not only understand more, but feel understood by others. Idk, there’s something about human connection. Take care and keep on!

I am fighting a different battle this time around, with alcohol. But I have been through and still recovering from opiate addiction as well. I am so thankful I got on methadone and off oxys/h before the big fentanyl boom. I probably wouldn't be here today if I hadn't. You can do this and you will!! One day at a time! Reach out to someone when you are struggling. Ive found just opening this app and reading or listening to other people's stories helps.

Thank you so much for your comment, I to am now on methadone and it’s helping in so many ways, I know u will defeat your battle with alcohol and I will take your advice on reaching out to someone because that’s my biggest problem. I always want to but when the time comes I can’t find the courage to do so. This time around I am taking suggestions and doing things different because my way is gonna eventually kill me
