Finally, being able to call it what it is. I am an Alcoholic. I know that I can't do this by myself, it's okay to ask for help.

Hi anne And it is OK to ask for help And it is OK to ask for help The wonderful thing about recovery is no one gets judged we are all here for the same reason to live a proper life and There's only one way to do that NA4AA sponsor good people that is going to encourage you and not discouraged you people are going to build you up and I'll bring you down NA4AA sponsor good people that is going to encourage you and not discouraged you people are going to build you up and I'll bring you down And congratulation you are already dead you already did step one Add meeting that you have an addiction to alcohol The more you are honest with yourself and to others the easier this gets you are definitely going to hit some hard times but again you're not by yourself I've had my hard times and I'm still going through hard times but the only difference for me now is that I am using the tools that's being taught to me And the tools work But they said that this is a simple program for complicated people And it's true but once our minds get clear and we can think again Ken and just do the next right thing the complicated part is no longer there but there we are being built up to Babe the deal with everything I come our way without using or drinking I'm just gonna tell you a couple of things that I do every day if you have a higher power parade too And every morning I get up and I'll give myself 5 reasons why I should live today live today at 5 reasons of why I'm so grateful for that day and I and I just meditate on that for the whole day so by the end of the day when it's time to lay down I can look at the mirror And Say thank God I made it Through another day And like I said talk to people get us a the people get a support group don't be ashamed because your problem isn't no different than the next person Remember Anne This is a we program not Ana I program And always love yourself always love yourself because you deserve it baby we are not bad people we are gifted gifted intelligent people people we just have to break out I do break out of our addiction and show ourselves that we are exactly what we are loving and caring people And also remember I'm just a text away If you need to talk you know were to reach me but at the same time reach out to as many people as you most possibly can to get you through Just another day and believe me it does get easier it does get easier you just have to hang in there and fight that good fight of faith like I said you deserve that much you deserve it So fight for it you can do it
