finally feel like I’m at the end of detox still have anxiety and times when my heart just races out of nowhere, I was currently on benzo to help me with the panic attacks but she prescribe another medication that’s not addictive but today is the first day I feel like “me” again. Im forever grateful and don’t wish this pain on anybody ! Detoxing is literally hell
