This is a problem, finding trusted people in your area, the best you can do is pray for God and that Angle to appear, in my experience trust is in God , men will let you down, its the nature of people, but God he works through this mess called a world, and all things are possible with him

Sadly not yet
Everyone makes it sound easy but it’s not. I started trying to get sober during COVID so maybe that has something to do with it. I hope and pray we find some soon.

Kaci congrats on 30 days clean and sober! That’s a huge milestone! What program are you working? AA? Or NA?
I’m in AA and can get help you with a temporary sponsor until you find one. Zoom call read the big book. I’m here to help.
Sponsors are tough
NA, a temporary sponsor would be awesome, getting to NA in person meetings is the toughest bit without a ride

on your 30 days.. Thats Awesome. ..It can be Challenging finding a sponsor but believe in yourself, love yourself and you accomplish anything.

Awesome! I did NA very early in my sobriety. Had a sponsor as well. Unfortunately he had relapsed after 8.5 years! I’m still friends with him as I hope he finds his way back. I ended up going to AA as I felt that’s where I belong. So far it’s working very well!
Everyone’s journey is their own. I hope you find a sponsor soon. One that will bring you to meetings. Stay plugged into this app and read the literature, basic text and the step working guide in the meantime.
How’s the online meetings?
Just ask someone that has some time until you find the person you want. Getting one now will be a help. Better than wondering what to do!!
