Finding it hard to identify gratitude today. I’d say getting out of bed, but after breakfast I’m heading back for more sleep. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Sometimes my attitude is that bad to return to bed, other times I go about my day and my attitude graces everyone….. some days it’s better to go back to bed but don’t make habit out of that….the whole point is did you drink use today? And it gets easier with time
