Just got done with rehab again. I am beyond happy that I went back but very disappointed that I relapsed again.

Relapse happens. Trust me
I know! I had 7 years clean and then my Dad died suddenly. He was my best friend. I relapsed and went on a run for about four years. I finally made it back and I have a little over a year clean again. You’re not alone. The important thing is that you DID make it back. Super proud of you, keep up the good work!!
We are glad that you made it back. Relapse is a part of my story too. Learn from it. Talk about it in your php groups. Figure out WHY you relapsed and how to spot the early warning signs. The relapse happens before you take that first drug/drink.
