You're more than welcome to cash it all in and have your misery back. No one is holding you hostage.

However with this being your first day of sobriety I can relate. When I got sober 37+ years ago I hated it as well. So I get you.

I will tell you this... It gets better you just have to put forth the effort.

It really sucks on the first day of sobriety. But in the long run it’s worth being sober.
