First day of sobriety! Any tips on how to refrain from drinking? I’m 17 and have bean struggling for a couple years.

Get a support network. Do a zoom meeting. And whatever you do don’t pick up and just take things one day at a time.

) Pick up the phone, do a meeting, jump on here, chat with any of us, call the AA hot line. Just jump in with both feet!! Get to a meeting and grab a sponsor like asap!
