First day without my first day, without my CANE…
Still sore, but I suggested by doctor today is my day to start walking without my cane. I am truly grateful. One more surgery to go in four weeks. Maybe another surgery after. But we will take one surgery at a time.

That is awesome that you noticed it. Gratitude, is definitely one thing that I hold dear every day.
Whenever life gets hard, I remember the man I was. And I remember my last use before getting Clean and sober.
And when I remember that, I remember how bad I had it, and today’s struggles are nothing like the struggles, I had out there ripping and running. then I truly have gratitude.
