Ya, I get it, I’m not particularly fond of raw emotions unless of course it’s something like elation or euphoria. You did something positive though and got to detox, and that’s never easy at least for me. So now you’re heading in the right direction. It is a bit odd that you’re allowed to have your phone in detox. 90 days that’s quite a commitment for rehab, good for you. Stay honest and open minded.

Use it to your advantage, like I did praying and watching church service or joining groups online like this one . God bless you I'm 397 day in sobriety and I could've did it without God .

Wow. There’s a first every thing. They take phones because they are distracting. They didn’t take it for the first 2 weeks.

Yea that’s some new stuff for real!! Anyway happy for ya. It’s great you’re making some real changes. It’s amazing how quickly things can start going right when you stop waking in the wrong direction. You got this chica! Better days are coming!!!

Great job getting yourself in there. I was in a detox that allowed you to have a phone. Personally I think it's good because you need support from loved ones during such an emotional time.
I only have hours clean. I fell again. Fourth time this New Year. Each time it hurts more and more.
