Hello all. This is my first day and I’m scared that I can’t do it. I was able to quit drugs 5 years ago thanks to rehab and life style changes. But I picked up alcohol a couple of years ago as a replacement. I’m trying this because I need help. I can’t control my intake once I start and I end up passing out. I generally do this 2 - 3 days per week but some weeks are worse.

Hit up an AA meeting…. I did 30 meetings in 30 days and it helped me so much. Even if you decide AA isn’t for you at least it’s some support and you can go from there.
