First Easter sober , it’s definitely a huge game changer being awake and present instead of drunk and passed out in my bed, but the anxiety of socializing with my family and feeling normal still creeps up on me to the point where i end up just choosing to lay down in my room; at least I’m sober and can emerge from my room when i feel the anxiety calm down , it’s not much i can offer my family but I’m trying and i think and hope it’s enough for today

I remember all the firsts sober.. it was tough at first but got easier the further along I got! You got this! Great job!
