I haven't really been keeping track of my days. I found I do better if I don't focus on the total days. I'm just doing it one day at a time. But I'll have 7 months in 5 days if I continue to stay on track. I've been in recovery for 7 years. I believe you keep learning no matter how long you've been in the program. I'm slowly, very slowly, if I may so, receiving the gifts of recovery. I have cleared up the mess of my dwi in nh. It took three tries. But I should get an email this week saying I'm finished with the program I had to complete. Then, after I call the courts, I have to call the rmv, and then I should be done. That's a gift of recovery. I wouldn't have that if I were using. And now I have to stay clean to get my license back in ma. There's a lot I need to do to get it back
But I'm going to take it one step at a time and one day at a time. We are all miracles no matter how much time you have.
