It’s pretty cool so far thanks! Sobriety is going good, mental health is kinda challenging right now though but I’ll be ok.

I felt like shit the first couple of weeks. Then I was lost for the next 3 weeks. What to do instead of guzzling beer. It has gotten much better. Your mental health should as well.
