My brother and I leave for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany later this evening. While I’m sure some temptations may pop up, I do realize this is a trip of a lifetime and to experience it all sober is an amazing opportunity in my recovery. I keep having this thought about how proud I’ll be on the flight back to New York when I know deep down I stayed clean for 10 days in Europe. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
