Today is my 5th day clean I feel so much better I'm happier already I dont feel trapped I know that this is an ongoing battle but I know I'm going to get better I thank the Lord above for giving me the strength and guidance.

I lost my.oldest child to tragic death 3,= years ago l still stayed clean n sober using was far from my.mind n.if.l.did crave it l.kept reaching out to my supports
