Five months sober today! It feels like much longer. Having a previous 6.5 year sobriety to draw from has certainly made this journey go more smoothly than it would otherwise have gone. Embrace each day, never let your sobriety take a back seat, and have compassion for others who are suffering.
Head up, chest out, eyes forward. Hoo-ah!

Hey Brother! I’m 95 days back. I had 20 plus years before I had the ingenious idea that I could drink like normal people. Took me a long hard 6 years to make it back. F’d up my life really badly. However, the skies are clearing and I’ve got another chance. That’s me to get back to the basics…meetings, sponsor, step work, along with the fellowship. Keep up the good work!
