For the first time I said I wasn't afraid anymore. For me that's huge. I always had the fear of being looked at or treated different admiting I'm a problem drinker. I was so good at lying about it, hiding it and just straight denying I have a problem. I'm not afraid to fess up and admit it's a big issue. Being honest about it is liberating and I see now that I'm not the only one who has this defect. I was a solitude drinker and most didn't see the destruction I was doing on a daily basis. Being honest as a liar has been a challenge but it feels so good to not carry that burden of disappointment everyday. Here's to another day of keeping it real!!! The best is yet to come.

I find life is a heck of a lot easier when I don't have to keep all the lies straight!
That’s outstanding! After several months I found out I was not as covert with my drinking and lying as I thought I was… all my friends and family knew they just didn’t say anything. Great job on the realization!
That’s awesome!!
