Forward Momentum & Monday Gratitude

When I'm dealing with depression, finding motivation to do anything is a challenge. I woke up this morning thinking, "Maybe I'll just take a sick day" but knew that wasn't the best option for my mental health. So, I decided to get myself up and find little ways to improve my mood. I worked out. I made my favorite coffee. I wrote my gratitude list. Still feeling in a funk but feeling proud of myself for finding that forward momentum and getting myself out of bed and to the office today. There will always be tough days - I appreciate that I now have tools to better handle them :heart: be kind to yourself today!
