Yesterday had its challenges , Amazon delivered to the wrong address, the customer service sucked , i have been trying to fix my sons console. i know its silly something so small triggered the thoughtof drinking , he had stayed over at friends house and i had some free time but Everything had something wrong with what i was planning. Hadnt had an urge for a drink in a bit , it was there, i made it through without a drink though, took some breaths , told myself i am better than the drink, stay calm. You need to continue to work to be the better you not just for youself but for you kids as well. Thank you for letting me ramble and get something off my chest everyone
