Found running as something to lean into when i feel the desire to drink. What have you found that works for you?

Same! Working out in geneal, but how easy is it to just lace em up and go. Pretty great!

Awesome! I find any type of intense workout but my go to right now is cycling.

Weights, cardio, nature hikes, grounding and reading when the weather is bad

Indoor mostly as it is more convenient but I’ll do both especially if the weather is nice.
