This is the night of the week I most want to get home from work and unwind with drinks. As much as I hate how I feel the next morning and how it inevitably leads to a full weekend of drinking, I’m struggling a bit with the urge today.

For me, the phone is incredibly heavy to pickup when I feel like that. But when I do, and talk to another person whom struggles like I do, I feel as if a weight has been lifted for me
