I am grateful for my friends that have stuck beside me and are even more supportive now that I’ve found honesty to share my demons. God Bless us all. Stay with it. We all are here. If your old friends just want you to go out and say… “it’s okay, u don’t have to drink”!! Stay away from them until u r further into sobriety. They mean well, however truly don’t understand addiction. Love from a distance or find sober things to do. Thank God for showing me his truth and living in his light has given me hope that I CAN do whatever I want that makes me happy and there are the right people out there that will help us.
