“You, yourself, as much as anybody else in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” While I do call my higher power “God” and follow Christian leanings, there are many great quotes in the world passed down. This one means so much to me today as I once felt that I was undeserving of anyones love with the only exception of my mom. But today I know that I, as much as anyone else in the entire universe, deserve love and affection, especially from myself. I’m happy today and I know I no longer have to except love that comes at the price of my peace and happiness.
