I feel weak, like I could relapse if I was given the chance, also just physically and mentally. It would be so easy to fix the way I feel but I can’t do that.

But would it really be fixing the way you feel? Try and focus on the good things that have happened today. You are alive. You are breathing. You are strong enough to reach out for help, which I applaud you for You are stronger than you think. I am proud of you for being in here and choosing sobriety. Even though things are tough, you will be okay.
I understand how we can often find ourselves in a difficult place mentally and physically and for those times we often have to take a step back and analyze what we are going through before finding a concrete solution. One of the first steps when facing tough problems is not letting it bottle up and reach out to others. You already did that by seeking help here, so keep following this path and soon you'll feel better after taking some time off to take care of yourself. If you feel the need, seek professional help as they are qualified to assess what you are going through. Again, seeking help is a sign of bravery, that you wish to keep going despite your problems, so don't hesitate to reach out to others around you for help and support, I hope you have a great rest of your week!
