So had yet another Dr appointment yesterday with another specialist. Just like all the other appointments there is no conclusive evidence in the new imaging. Therefore no solution. They have referred me to another specialist again. My level of frustration is high. I am in pain every day and choose not to take pain medication. I landed in the ER on 7/09/23 for this condition. It’s been going on too long. At each new appointment I try not to get my hopes up and reduce my expectations but it’s impossible to do that completely.
I’m grateful for my sobriety but very frustrated. Just needed to vent.

Thanks for sharing. Chronic pain is no joke. Hang in there. I hope that they find out what’s goin on soon. Western medicine can be very frustrating. It’s almost like they’re trying to keep us sick!!

Idk what your medical condition is but daily pain leads to depression so it's good to keep talking about. Kudos for not taking pain meds. I'm dealing with chronic inflammation and trying to help my body heal with plants and healthy eating... it's slow going

Thank you. It’s interesting that a number of symptoms I was addressing with OTC medicine have been solved with a change in diet. So I have managed to reduce a lot of symptoms. Just not the main ones.

Morgan, I appreciate your support. I have had approximately 8 MRI’s CT’s with and without contrast. Also 3 ultrasounds. One exploratory surgery.
Yeah, you’re right. I just hate that waiting thing. It will be a year in July. 
I am going through my own health stuff and frustrations with our healthcare or “ careless “ rather, system ( and / or lack of an efficient system )…in this country, Matt.
Different scenario over here ( healthwise )…while I am comprehending your frustration.
