Getting released from rehab thinking of going back to narcotics

Don't it! You currently have a clean slate, fight against all urges or intrusive thoughts that tell you to want to go use drugs or have a drink.
Be strong, and district yourself with doing something productive.

How long were you in rehab? Did you feel like you got something out of being there? I know some places aren't the best, I've had a few bad experiences with some. If your coming off narcotics I think they say depending how much and how often you were using before rehab but your supposed to give yourself atleast 2 months. When I was coming off meth after using everyday a couple times a day, for a year or more it took me about 2 months to finally feel like the fog was lifted from around me. Idk how else to describe it. It's just like one day I woke up and I just noticed a difference. I could think clearer, and I just overall felt better about everything. Now unfortunately I'd say like 3 months into it I relapsed again, and you don't just bounce right back to where you were mentally before that relapse. It took me probably 3 or 4 weeks to feel somewhat back to where I was. It's crazy how 1 time can throw you off mentally that much. And it's not just with meth it's with anything. So I really hope you try to tough it out and give it a chance. Give yourself 2 months, and keep reaching out for help. It's so awesome you admitted to that, that just says right there that a part of you really wants to stay sober. Message me if you ever need to talk. Hope you push through this.

Oh oh that sucks , why are you thinking like that? You could get high but it’s never high enough and then you end up write where you are now or worse. And you’ve already done the work do you want to do it again? I miss the whole package sometimes but I got sober for a reason it’s bad news . Give hugs not drugs

Dude you either WANT to be sober or you don’t. If you do, then go to meetings daily, get a sponsor, do the 12 steps and build a new life.
If you don’t, then best of luck to you.
