Hello Edith, what's going on? Diabetes runs in my family. I'm pre my daughter has type 2 pretty serious for her.

Try reciting your prayers, every one you can remember.
Think carefully about each sentence and word.
Then when you finish… repeat!
Lather, rinse, repeat.
You will drift off.

I also have type 2 diabetes- its difficult but definitely getting easier without the alcohol
