I get high everyday wanting to take away the hurt and pain in my life and to punish myself for being alive and I know I need to get clean before I die but I can’t get out of self to start fresh. I’m starting to believe that I don’t deserve life. And ready to give up on it and give the people what they want

Start with just today. Take it easy on yourself, we have to live life on life’s terms and sometimes it’s just so hard - trust me I know how you feel. You made a huge step reaching out and talking about it just now… and things will get better. Take a shower, get dressed and find something to eat. Nothing crazy, it’s all baby steps. I’m not sure if working a program is your cup of tea, however it never hurts to try.
You are worth your life! This is a selfish disease, and recovery is a selfish process - you come first. Take the time today to really think about what you want in life… all your dreams can come true if you want them to. Just for today, smile
No one wants that. You are listening to the demon of addiction tell lies. We can not do it alone. And it is okay to ask for the help. Go to an ER, tell them you need a detox. I don’t know what your DOC is, but having trained medical staff monitoring you will help put at least one part of your mind at ease. It sounds like you also may want to look into rehab. You need the time and tools to get clean. This is a tough road, we have all been on it before. We got you! Don’t listen to the demon! You are stronger than you think.
You matter to me. I've felt undeserving before, but the fact is we do have this life, and that's an opportunity to do good to and for ourselves and others. You don't have to fight the demon alone; Believe.
Hey ... I'm close to 7 months clean and it hasn't been all easy sunshine and rainbows. But everyday it gets a little easier. And the moments of struggling do pass.
There are people around you that you will serve as inspiration and encouragement. Don't give up.
Definitely take it moment by moment.
