Glass half empty, or half full?

Instead of beating myself up for letting my fitness and health goals fall to the wayside during a 6 week bout of illnesses, I'm going to try to be grateful that I am actually feeling well enough to start back up again. Starting over after losing progress, motivation, and momentum is difficult for me because I focus more on the fact that I failed, instead of the fact that I am lucky enough to actually have the opportunity to try again🌻

Just got back into a good routine that is so manageable it's insane. Google Huberman Protocol for the PDF if you are interested. I like how he does one thing per day (upper body, lower, cardio).

Positivity is contagious and I think that life is full of lessons that need to be learned but seeking the good alway is better then finding the bad!
