Holidays are hard for me, I've been fantasizing about how good it would feel to numb it. I know I can't my recovery is life or death. I love the quote about the pain of regret being much worse than the pain of persistence. Hang in there man. Congrats on almost 2 years! ODAAT

Christmas has a funny way of stirring up all kinds of emotions doesn't it? Just take it however slowly you need to; be it 1 sec or one milasec at a time. Nothing is worth backtracking after almost 2 years! Let's see you get to 20 years! You can do this 
It gets better man. Just get out of your own way. go to meetings help others be of service do some step work
