Awesome! Congratulations on finding a new way that works for you! Going on a walk will put you at ease in so many ways. I live next to a huge lake and when I go take a walk when it's nice it completely resets my mind to be one with nature!

I love walking for the same reason. Get out of my own head, turn down the volume of the that internal chatter and feel confident that I will get through the day sober
Same! The outdoors is just a healing force.
It is always a great time going on walks/hiking. I go every Sunday and Wednesday, rain or shine can't stop the grind lol
