Going through separation with wifey. It’s sucks but I know I cause a lot of pain and destruction during my addiction. Im learning in the midst of recovery that I can’t change the past. At this point I can only focus on me so I can be the a better man for and love myself. I’m leaving everything in God hands.

It’s tough to deal with some of these consequences. You have a good attitude. My marriage has survived so far, but it was brutal getting thru the first 6 months. It’s a hard balancing act of emotions to be able to acknowledge what we’ve done, and yet not live in regret about it. You nailed it though…you just need to do your best to stay in today and let the powers that be handle the rest
